AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG (the “Company”) hereby announces the appointment of Dimitris Haralabopoulos as Group Investor Relations Director (IR).

Dimitris Haralabopoulos brings over 20 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Strategy and Capital Markets, having held senior roles at LAMDA Development, National Bank of Greece and Marfin Investment Group. He has been consistently recognized as one of the top IR professionals in the Emerging EMEA Executive Team survey by Extel (formerly Institutional Investor).
